If you have have rented chalet 24 could you leave a review in the box below thank you. We had a great time in this chalet. Very comfortable and equipped with all you can possibly need. Heater in lounge did not come on when we tried to use it. We reported this and it was fixed within 20 minutes (excellent!). We could only have wished for better weather. Did have a lovely walk along the cliff into Sandown, with sunshine on the Thursday. The kitchen had everything you could think of that you could need. The location of the chalet was ideal for a base. the walk down to the beach on the cliff side was amazing. I would recommend your chalet to anyboday wanting to holiday on the Isle of Wight.I had a issue one day and Tony quickly had it looked into. His prompt response could not be faulted. It is the best equiped holiday home I have ever seen, very clean and comfortable. The shower I wanted to bring home with me. We met your neighbour who sung your praises. All in all it was a very peaceful lovely holiday. We tried to leave the chalet as clean as we found it. Before I finish there are a couple of problems you may want to get sorted, one of the sockets in the bedroom doesn't work. We're not complaining but thought you might like to know. I nearly forgot the bedroom blind is broken, the rod that opens and closes is hanging loose and does not turn. The chalet was well worth the cost. My Daughter ,husband and 3yr old and 22mth old, stayed in your chalet, they found it more than comfortable. the children were fine and they all slept well!. They said the shower was really nice.It was home from home plus a functional kitchen with everything. Thanks for the cot and high We would recommend your chalet, Just wish weather had held out, but we found plenty to do.Amazon Zoo was great

Christine Hi Rosemarie, Sorry for the delay in replying but we are still on holiday from work and have been out and about. We had a really nice time and liked the chalet. It’s in a lovely situation in Sandown and the coastal views and walks were great. We found the chalet to be very well equipped and the shower was lovely (I wish we had room for one in our bathroom at home!). Tony and Chris were very friendly and helpful. They sorted out the problem we had with a blocked toilet promptly. A couple of things that would improve the chalet; it would be nice to have hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors, and would be helpful to have a few details of local take-aways with their location and telephone number. If you want a recommendation, although it isn’t that local, the pub in Bembridge called the crab and Lobster, does fabulous meals with fresh fish. Having said the above, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the chalet. It was lovely and quiet and was a good base to go out and explore the island. Sorry we left a few bits behind; I don’t know how we managed that. I’ve phoned Tony and told him to help himself to them. The decking looks lovely and is such a good idea, my daughter loves to play outside and it was so safe and perfect for her The chalet itself is fantastic you really have thought of everything and more that a family could possibly need from all the practical things, storage space to the box of toys. The bathroom was great, a lovely shower, all in all a wonderful space to realx in, it really was home from home Thank you once again for all you help and email responses and for proving such a wonderful place for us to take our holiday. Yes we enjoyed our holiday a lot, though it was a bit rainy but the chalet was so comfortable and well equipped that we didn't mind staying inside when it was raining. It was a complete home, with all the essentials you need at home. It was sparkling clean , kitchen was all equipped with utensils , cooking gadgets and all cleaning products. We didnt expect it but there was baby bath tub, high chair, travel cot for our baby which made life more easier.
My son was so excited when he saw box full of so many games . He didnt missed his room at home at all and enjoyed staying in chalet and was asking to come over to the chalet again.
It was at a good location very close to a bus stop and beach. so we enjoyed the walk a lot. My husband and i loved sitting and talking on the cliff and looking down at the beach which was very near the chalet.
In all i can say we had a wonderful time in the chalet as it was our first experience of living in a chalet and we were so scared of our decision before reaching there but after reaching there we were so proud of our decision n had no worries at all. Had a wonderful time , would recommend it to our friends going to Isle of wight.
I hope when we left the chalet you find it clean because we tried our best to keep the chalet the way we got it.

And it was made so special by all your help and kindness and the fact that your chalet was like home from home.
have stayed in a few chalets over the years but this one was the best by far with a 5* rating. your chalet was so beautifully furnished and was very well equipped I would recommend it to any one and will book again.
